Is alcohol allowed?
Alcohol is allowed on the boat but avoid bottles and red wine. Smoking is limited to slow zones.

How many people are allowed?
6 passengers of any age is the maximum capacity (excluding the captain).

Can the trip be extended once you're out on the water?
Yes, as the schedule allows. There will be an extra charge of $100/hour. For example, if you purchase a half day and would like to extend two more hours the charge would be $200 as long as the time has not already been reserved.

Will other groups be on the boat with us?
No. This is a private experience for your group only.

Life Jackets?
Life Jackets must be worn at all times for kids 6 and under.

Do you allow pets on the boat?
No

What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 72 hours before the tour date will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the tour date will be issued a refund less $150.00.
Full refund is issued if captain cancels prior to the start of the charter due to weather.

What type of payment do you accept?
Zelle, Venmo, Cash and Credit Card.

Are there life vests aboard the boat?
Yes. ​

Is boat handicap accessible?
No but arrangements may be made. Contact the captain.

Is smoking allowed on the boat? Medical marijuana or cigarettes?
Cigarettes are allowed while off the vessel. Vapes are allowed in accordance to Florida law.
